Internal Account Manager Rewards: Salary €45-55k depending on experience Company Performance Bonus Scheme Pension Onsite parking, Hybrid working potential Social Club & Events Opportunity for careers progression Full time Key Responsibilities: Manage a defined list of day-to-day and minor customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and relationship management Serve as the first point of contact for inbound queries, orders, and service requests from assigned customers Support Senior Account Managers in the management of major/key customers by handling administrative tasks, coordinating information, and ensuring continuity of service Assist with the implementation and follow-up of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, and production) to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery of customer requirements Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and activity logs Proactively monitor customer activity, flag potential issues, and work to resolve them quickly and effectively Prepare account performance summaries, usage reports, and insights as requested by Account Managers or Sales Leaders Identify small-scale upselling or cross-selling opportunities and communicate them to the relevant sales lead Coordinate sample requests, promotional materials, and event follow-up as part of wider marketing and sales efforts Support new customer onboarding in collaboration with the sales team Attend internal sales and marketing meetings and contribute insights from customer interactions Occasional Duties: Provide holiday cover for reasonable tasks associated with other related positions Any other account task as reasonable and required Limits of Authority: Claim reasonable expenses for overnight stays, meals and travel costs if required to attend visits with account managers
