Salary: Contract Rates

Duration: Contract until November 2025. Immediate start
Your new role as Site Manager:
1. Ensure delivery of the project
2. Work closely with Project MAnager
3. Supervise sub-contractors on site.
4. Ordering materials.
5. Continually monitor project progress against deadlines.
6. Complete safety and quality checks
7. Regular documentation
8. Supervision of trades
What you'll need to be successful
9. Previous site management experience
10. Strong residential or commercial experience
11. Strong management and communication skills
Additional info
Successful candidates will need to be based in Ireland and able to travel to sites. You will also need full right to work in Ireland
