Job Description
As a highly skilled Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of backend and frontend engineers to deliver high-quality features that improve user activation, engagement, and retention.
You will work closely with Product Managers to translate strategy into outcomes and partner with Senior Engineering Managers to drive clarity, focus, and technical excellence across the team.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience as a Software Engineer who has built production systems from scratch. They must also possess strong leadership skills along with excellent communication abilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required;
* A minimum 1-2 years of experience managing teams;
* Strong understanding of system design principles;
* Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies;
* Excellent problem-solving skills;
