2. Implement efficient setup procedures within production environments to streamline processes.
3. Verify inputs accurately and maintain records of task completion.
4. Collaborate with equipment managers to develop comprehensive plans for new equipment deployment and resource allocation.
5. Develop junior team members through mentorship and hands-on training to enhance overall maintenance capabilities.
6. Lead initiatives to continuously improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
7. Support installation and integration of new equipment through Infor EAM systems.
8. Resolve complex equipment failures, document issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize future occurrences.
