Our client is looking for a fluent Italian speaker to join their Admin/Order Management department.
THE ROLE
As part of this role, you will be the primary contact for business-to-business (B2B) customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
We are seeking someone with great attention to detail, which is essential as administrative tasks are crucial to this role. Customer service is also a significant part of your responsibilities, as you will assist customers via calls and emails while processing orders and performing other daily tasks. Training will be provided.
Our client is a large global pharmaceutical company based in Dublin 22, just across from Liffey Valley shopping centre.
REQUIREMENTS
You will need to be a Fluent Italian speaker who genuinely cares about people, with good communication skills and near-fluency in English. Any previous experience in an office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable but not mandatory. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.
FURTHER INFORMATION
The contract will be with Cpl. Initially, it is a fixed-term contract, but there is a strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent contract.
You will work Monday to Friday during regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
There is a hybrid working model: 3 days per week in the office in Dublin 22 and 2 days from home.
It is likely that you will be full-time in the office during the training period.
