Focus Ireland is seeking a dynamic professional to lead and grow our paid advertising efforts— a vital channel for raising funds and amplifying our brand presence. In this role, you’ll help shape compelling campaigns that connect with supporters, drive donations, and elevate awareness of our mission to end homelessness.
This role follows a hybrid working model, with one designated day per week in the Dublin city centre office.

What You Will Do
* Develop and execute paid digital marketing campaign strategies, encompassing social, display and search engine marketing
* Develop and execute email marketing campaign strategies
* Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, and partner with external suppliers to achieve campaign deliverables.
* Lead on campaign strategy with invested cohorts
* Measure and report performance of paid digital and email marketing campaigns against completion goals, ROI and agreed KPIs
* Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end donor and user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
* Collaborate with third party marketing agencies, invested partnersand suppliers
* Generate campaign reports and optimise spend and performance based on insight data
* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, and identify digital trends where applicable
* Ability to work within a large team framework
* Undertake such other duties as might be reasonably assigned from time to time by the Line Manager
What You Will Need
* 3 years proven experience in building, developing, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
* Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
* In depth knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other paid social media channels a distinct advantage
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Data driven mindset with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate useraction
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A keen interest in the NFP landscape
