We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Accommodation Attendant to join our team and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that our guests have come to expect.
Job Description:
As a Housekeeper / Accommodation Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and accommodation facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. You will be an essential part of creating a memorable and pleasant experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
* Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
* Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary items (towels, toiletries, etc.).
* Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately.
* Ensure the hotel's cleanliness standards are consistently met and exceeded.
* Respond to guest requests for additional items or services in a timely and professional manner.
* Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel policies.
Key Requirements:
* Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred but not essential.
* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects (e.g., linens, cleaning supplies).
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
