What you’ll do
Join our team at Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before.
* Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.
* Demonstrated leadership experience relevant for an immediate start.
