Job Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Temporary Employee Relations Coordinator. As part of a hybrid team in Dublin City, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in relation to employee relations matters.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have recent relevant experience within a Human Resources environment and possess strong organisational skills, including time management and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support in relation to all employee relations matters
* Assist with performance management, disciplinaries, occupational assessment coordination and ER data analysis
* Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools
* Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Requirements
* Recent relevant experience within a HR environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
