Intelvision is looking for an experienced HR Manager (HR Generalist) to strengthen our HR function and support recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
— Full employee life cycle in the company (onboarding, adaptation, off boarding);
— Conducting all stages of performance review;
— Risk management, close communication and interaction with project managers;
— Conducting and working with 1:1, support crisis communication and emergency response when needed;
— Development and implementation of various HR researches/ surveys according to the company needs;
— Track HR metrics and maintain relevant reporting;
— Implement new and improve current HR processes;
— Manage employee communication and feedback;
— Organisation of corporate events/activities;
Requirements:
— At least 1 year of experience in HR (working experience in IT company or service company is a plus);
— Excellent planning, time-management, presentation, and analytical skills;
— Good communication and negotiation skills;
— Proactive and very well-organised person;
— Result-oriented and problem-solving skills;
— Ability to take the whole ownership for the work;
— Positive mindset and creativity;
— High level of teamwork and networking;
— English level: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate;
Would be a plus:
— Previous experience as an HR Generalist;
— Experience in sourcing and candidate outreach;
— Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, automation tools);
