Full Time Senior Bar Person / Waiting staff required to join our friendly dynamic team, starting from September. Reporting toFood & Beverage Management and Supervisors Primary Objective: A Senior Bar Person will oversee a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests and customers in our Bar, Restaurant and Function rooms. Key Duties and Responsibilities Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations. Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times. To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
