Job Purpose
As a warehouse operator, you will work with your team to ensure proper stocking of raw materials and picking of orders for production in the TOL process, supporting our company's needs. A day shift is available.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stocking incoming raw materials and picking orders for production in the TOL process, including substrates, cups, and cartons (backup role).
2. Highlighting discrepancies and participating in weekly/monthly cycle counts.
3. Participating in annual physical inventory counts.
4. Addressing issues with stocking, picking, locations, and monitoring excess lenses.
5. Being the key contact for root cause analysis with OLM-supplied substrates and suggesting improvements.
6. Conducting monthly warehouse inspections as a BAPP observer and reporting findings.
7. Participating in housekeeping, safety, cost-saving, and continuous improvement activities.
8. Supporting warehouse paperwork, filing, and system updates.
9. Performing general duties like moving and wrapping pallets, and supporting non-lens receipt processes.
10. Maintaining daily receiving logs and coordinating with ordering personnel.
Key Requirements
* Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
