MyHomecare is currently recruiting for disability nurses who would be working one on one with children with various disabilities in their own home in
Limerick
.
MyHomecare is also recruiting nurses to provide support to a female client with varying needs in their own home.
The working environment is relaxed with family support and opportunities for the right candidate.
Prior one-on-one home care experience is ideal but not essential; candidates should be compassionate and reliable, capable of working on their own initiative.
Training is available for specialised needs such as tracheostomy care and airway management.

Rates of pay (P/H): €***** Monday–Friday days, €***** Monday–Friday nights, Saturday days €*****, Saturday nights €*****, Sunday days €45, Sunday nights €50
All mandatory courses are available to all Registered Nurses as well as any other required course
Monthly rosters usually completed in advance
€100 offered towards annual INMO registration yearly
Pull PPE provided
Up to €500 refer a friend fee provided; the fee is awarded when the recently activated candidate has worked 150 hours for us
Sign on bonus of €250 after 100 hours worked
My Homecare Registered Nurses – Requirements
In date and current NMBI pin
Willingness to undergo any training required
All nurses are required to undergo Garda Vetting
Nurses must be willing to register with the INMO or affiliated union
Full immunizations and vaccination history will need to be provided
Discounted Fuel Card available
Nursing Duties
Airway Management
Suctioning as required
Enteral feeding via G-J tube
Urinary Catheter Management
Positioning/skin integrity management
Infection control and disposal of clinical waste
Pain Management
CPR using ambu-bag if required
End of life Care if required
Working in the home environment
