About Your New Role
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will work closely with experienced Engineers, Site Managers, and Project Managers on a range of civil engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical site experience while developing your technical and professional skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with site engineering duties and daily site operations
* Supporting setting out, surveying, and quality control activities
* Assisting with preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and site documentation
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams
* Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior staff
* Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and health & safety requirements
What Qualifications You Need
* A Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of civil engineering principles
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn on site
* Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Full, clean driving licence (or working towards one)
