**Job Title:** IT Operations Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Operations Lead to drive internal technical operations and customer-facing support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the forefront of client interaction, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team providing IT support on various issues.
* Maintain organization and accuracy, prioritize tasks effectively.
* Assist in mentoring and training team members.
* Address user requirements with commercial insight.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
**Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years in technical support with leadership experience.
* Project management skills, including proposal writing.
* Strong knowledge of OS, networking, and hardware.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
You'll work with Microsoft & Apple OS, Kaseya & Datto Products, Office365 & Intune, Desktop/mobile support, Android and iPhone devices, PoS/EPoS, and industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
