They boast a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals, providing comprehensive tailored advice throughout the pre- and post-construction building life-cycle through close personal involvement with clients.
My client is seeking a skilled administrator / opearations executive to provide assistance within a busy team supporting a growing project management practice.
The role will include but is not limited to the following tasks:
 * Photocopying, filing, shredding, and archiving documents
 * General filing for teams and Directors
 * Placing maintenance calls for all office equipment
 * Preparing tea, coffee, and refreshments for meetings and maintaining meeting rooms
 * Entering time-sheets onto the company database
 * Typing meeting minutes and other documentation for Directors and staff
 * Answering office phone calls and taking accurate messages
 * Creating and maintaining Excel tracking spreadsheets
 * Printing and binding documentation for Directors and staff
 * Booking internal and external meeting rooms
 * Managing internal and external documentation software
 * Placing orders for stationery, PPE, and general office supplies
 * Formatting documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
 * Checking office and meeting room tidiness daily and ensuring supplies are stocked
 * Setting up basic meeting technology such as screens, projectors, or online calls
The candidates we are looking for should have:
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Excellent written English
 * Excellent organisational skills
 * Very strong MS Office skills, specifically advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF editing
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Knowledge of the construction market is advantageous but not essential
