Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales Development We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our EMEA BDR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the team's mission to generate high-quality Initial Meetings from true cold outbound. This role requires someone with a proven track record of generating high-quality IMs from cold outbound and personal excellence in prospecting. The ideal candidate should have 6-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS top-of-funnel roles (BDR/SDR/AE) and at least 2-4+ years leading BDR or Outbound Sales teams.
