About the Role:
As an Electrical Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities. Key responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and guaranteeing the overall functionality of these buildings.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain utilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) efficiently to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee and maintain building systems, including fire alarms, lighting, and security, to ensure they are functioning correctly at all times.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations by conducting regular checks and audits.
• Manage vendor contracts, coordinate with contractors, and monitor third-party service providers to optimize their performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Schedule routine preventive maintenance, perform emergency repairs, and develop plans for ongoing maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Oversee facilities inventory, implement tracking systems, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential. Additionally, experience with budget management and cost control is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Regular working hours may be required, but occasional overtime, weekend work, or emergency callouts may be necessary.
