Your Responsibilities
* Conduct chat-based & video call conversations with potential clients worldwide and present our trading offers.
* Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer.
* Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Your Profile
* Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience.
* Fluent Irish English for client communication.
* Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time.
* Experience in Forex or financial trading is a must.
* A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently.
