Join Our Team Were Hiring Customer Relations Advisors We are expanding our customer service team and currently looking to recruit a Customer Relations Advisors. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of Ireland's market leader in fire protection, detection, and security. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance, driving business success, and enhancing customer satisfaction through operational excellence. Your Role & Impact As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in our customer service team, reporting directly to the Office Manager. Your responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system. Resolve issues with efficiency, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset. Provide comprehensive support for key account administration, including preparing quotations, handling invoicing, assisting credit control, and addressing reporting-related queries. Support account management and build strong, lasting customer relationships. Assist with administrative duties related to customer accounts and service delivery. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and exceed customer expectations. The Ideal Candidate: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a dedication to outstanding customer service. Patience, empathy, and a proactive and positive mindset, thriving in a dynamic team environment. Strong Attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. High level of professionalism, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Strong CRM proficiency with experience in customer account management. Adaptable and able to make an immediate impact. Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. What we Offer: Competitive salary depending on experience. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am 5pm, and Friday 8am 3.30pm.
