* You're comfortable managing WordPress content and following SEO best practice.
Duties & responsibilities
* Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
* Support digital activity across paid media, social, email and automation
* Analyse and report on campaign performance with clear insights
* Conduct audits and identify opportunities to improve ROI
* Build strong client relationships through great communication
* Develop automated workflows and nurture sequences in HubSpot
* Manage website content via WordPress
* Prepare sales & marketing performance reports
* Assist with proposals, pitches and research
* Manage CRM contacts, segmentation and campaigns
* Collaborate closely with the wider team - no silos, no ego, always striving for better results
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
* Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns
* Experience conducting digital marketing audits
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Good understanding of Digital industry products & services
* Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
* Well-organised and client-focused
* Must have native or near-native fluency in both spoken and written English
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
