We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional leisure experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining facilities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address facility maintenance and safety issues.
* A high level of attention to detail to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Staff Management: supervise and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and handle personnel matters.
* Customer Service: deliver high-quality service, address inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Facility Operations: oversee daily operations, maintain equipment and amenities, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
* Safety and Security: enforce safety rules, conduct regular safety inspections, and risk assessments.
* Program Coordination: assist with swimming lesson programs, coordinate fitness classes and events, and promote and market programs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, or Business.
* Previous experience in a supervisory role.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of recreational programming, safety regulations, and facility maintenance.
