Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead a Human Resources function within a busy, multi-site hospitality group.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy across our expanding business.
The HR Manager will provide strategic and operational HR leadership with a strong focus on employee relations, employee engagement, staff retention, performance management, and the development and implementation of robust policies and procedures.
* Act as a strategic HR partner to the leadership team, contributing to business objectives through people-focused solutions.
* Oversee any HR operations on client sites including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development, and support any escalations.
* Provide expert advice and hands-on support on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and improve retention across all departments and sites.
* Oversee and evolve the performance appraisal process, supporting managers to develop and retain top talent.
* Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and industry standards.
* Certain essential competencies for this position include interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, flexibility to travel regularly to other locations as required.
