Power Platform & SharePoint Workflow Specialist – 12 Month Day Rate Contract – Cork - Hybrid
I am currently working with a company who are currently going through a significant internal transformation & are looking to bring in a Power Platform & SharePoint Specialist to support the design and rollout of a new workflow system across a number of operational teams.
This role will focus on building and implementing automated workflows and document management solutions, helping teams streamline how projects move through different stages and ensuring better visibility, governance and collaboration across the organisation.
You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies and design solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
The Role
Design and implement workflow solutions across multiple project stages
Build automated processes using Power Automate for approvals, document routing and notifications
Configure and manage SharePoint libraries and document management systems
Develop dashboards and reporting to track workflow progress and usage
Work with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
Support adoption by providing training and documentation for end users
Continuously review workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
Strong experience working with SharePoint administration
Hands‑on experience building solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
Solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
Experience designing workflows or process automation solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to gather requirements
Comfortable supporting users and providing training where needed
Nice to Have
Experience with Power BI or data reporting tools
Exposure to enterprise process improvement or transformation programmes
