Key Responsibilities
* Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
* Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
* Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.
Key Skills Required
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
