About the Role:
The Regional Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the retail operations across all Irish Brand Homes retail departments and play a key role in Guinness retail operations globally. This includes developing business cases, planning, and execution of new retail experiences such as pop-up stores.
This strategic leadership role requires highly experienced professionals who can drive high-performance culture across multi-site teams, leveraging excellent time management skills, resilience, and intellectual rigour to tackle problems head-on. The ideal candidate should have a commercial approach to their role, understanding how their work impacts wider business profitability.
