Residential Finishing Manager
This role involves overseeing the final stages of residential construction on-site, ensuring high-quality finishes meet set standards and coordinating trades, snag lists, and project teams.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finishing foreman role within residential construction
* Trade background (e.g. carpentry or plastering) is highly desirable
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes on time and within budget
* Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Full driving licence and own transport preferred
