Responsibilities:
Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients and follow up on proposals.
Coordinate scheduling with technicians and align tasks with the operations and service manager.
Support logistics planning to maximize service efficiency.
Process purchase orders with external suppliers and manage related documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
Professional phone etiquette with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within an engineering, service-based, or financial environment.
Fluent in English and comfortable handling customer-facing communication.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask under pressure.
