We are seeking a highly motivated front desk coordinator to manage our daily operations. This role requires a friendly, organised individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients, managing the inbox, scanning files, updating databases, diary management, liaison with insurance companies, preparing documents, and maintaining social media updates.
The ideal candidate will have great phone etiquette, an upbeat attitude, and strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
