Role Overview
We are seeking an individual to play a pivotal role in supporting young individuals as they grow and become independent.
The successful candidate will implement behavioural support plans, liaise with colleagues and referral agents, while demonstrating flexibility in working 15 and 24-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement behavioural support plans to promote positive growth and development
* Liaise with colleagues and referral agents to ensure seamless coordination of care
* Work flexible hours, including 15 and 24-hour shifts, to meet the needs of our clients
Requirements
* Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
* Knowledge of effective team working principles
* Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and extended hours
