Part Time/Full Time – Dublin

As a Gift Shop Team Member, you'll bring warmth, enthusiasm, and a love for great stories to one of Ireland's most inspiring cultural spaces. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in retail and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
This role goes beyond serving at the till — you'll be part of a welcoming, engaging gift shop that complements the EPIC story, ensuring every visitor leaves with something special to remember their visit by.

* Eager to always maintain excellent customer service levels
* That can multitask and work well in a diverse team
* Able to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Comfortable with basic computer operations and point of sale systems
Our EPIC Gift Shop Team Member has
* A bubbly personality and a genuine interest in retail with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
* The ability to quickly learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products sold in the gift shop, including museum-related items and unique merchandise
* The ability to prioritise effectively, and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
Working Hours - Part Time/Full Time
Availability and flexibility for rostered hours between 9am - 7pm, Monday to Friday.
