Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Rooms Division Manager will help support the development of the customer journey, be part of the strategic planning around the Housekeeping and Maintenance Operations. Support the open communication between our Housekeeping Team & Maintenance Team and working alongside the Front of House Manager.

What You Will Do
Ensure the guest's experience is of the highest quality.
Lead the team to achieve goals about mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
Support and develop the team, making sure that they become prepared for the next step in their career.
Support and ensure clear communication between different departments.
Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling the housekeeping and maintenance operations.
Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in a leadership role.
Excellent skills in People leadership and development.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
The ability to work on your initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
