Candidate & Job Requirements:
We are looking for a Head Chef from a busy background, someone who can handle volume.
The position will require a strong understanding of kitchen management.
To be able to grow and bring a team together to produce superb food across this busy property.
A meticulous eye for detail is required of you.
Must be a capable leader and be able to build a team.
Develop existing staff while growing the kitchen crew.
Foodies background a plus.
Must be flexible to fit in with business needs.
