Counter Manager - Brown Thomas Limerick (37.5 hours)

Responsibilities
* Work closely with your Account Manager to implement local business strategy, continuously reach performance targets and take charge with effective leadership.
* Lead by example and coach your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
* Define daily objectives and actions to drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, and ensure brand awareness is built.
* Manage inventory and day‑to‑day operations, drive employee wellbeing and engagement with regular 1‑to‑1s, and celebrate team success.
Qualifications
* Prior experience as a Counter Manager or equivalent within retail or hospitality.
* Proven track record of exceeding KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT and mystery shop results.
* Strong people‑management skills: communication, motivation, coaching, connection and inspiration.
* Experience sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.
* Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
