**Senior Project Manager Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Manage projects with confidence, adhering to contracts and governance requirements, while maintaining the highest level of integrity and quality throughout.
2. Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all projects meet the required standards, delivering on time, within scope, and to the desired level of quality.
3. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Foster effective communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes, minimizing potential issues and ensuring smooth progress.
5. Project Coordination: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from design to construction, ensuring seamless execution and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
6. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to directors, clients, and stakeholders, keeping them informed of financial and construction milestones.
7. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, directors, and third-party vendors, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
8. Project Planning: Create detailed project plans for clients and internal teams, outlining clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

1. Motivation and Self-Management: Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
2. Problem-Solving and Initiative: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude, taking initiative to address challenges and opportunities as they arise.
3. Flexibility and Adaptability: Show flexibility in handling various responsibilities and adapting to changing circumstances.
4. Positive Attitude and Discretion: Possess a positive, collaborative attitude and maintain discretion and confidentiality in this role.
5. Effective Communication and Listening: Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to take direction and act quickly, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
6. Relevant Qualifications: Hold a relevant Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field.
