5. Project Coordination: Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from design to construction, ensuring seamless execution and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
6. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to directors, clients, and stakeholders, keeping them informed of financial and construction milestones.
7. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, directors, and third-party vendors, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
8. Project Planning: Create detailed project plans for clients and internal teams, outlining clear objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
