Key Responsibilities: Support delivery and management of tax assignments with senior guidance.
Assist with planning, scheduling, and staffing of projects.
Contribute to client briefings, tenders, and fee proposals.
Support tax planning and consultancy projects.
Manage multiple assignments efficiently, seeking guidance as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated services.
Help maintain and grow client relationships.
Ensure quality, timely delivery of work with proper documentation.
Support business development and comply with internal policies.
Participate in training, mentoring, and performance development.
Requirements: AITI CTA qualified or progressing towards qualification (required).
ACA/ACCA qualification desirable.
0-2 years' post-qualification experience.
Experience in income tax advisory, compliance, and private client services.
Strong technical knowledge of income tax; interest in employment tax and global mobility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing communication.
Ability to manage multiple clients across sectors with strong organizational skills.
