PFH Technology Group are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join our growing team.Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to Service Desk Analysts through presentations, workshops, and collaborative learning approaches.Location: Eastgate, Little Island, Co Cork Key Responsibilities:Review, improve, and contribute to existing Learning Management System (LMS) training modules, including induction, new starter, and refresher programmesDesign, develop, and maintain engaging training content and videos using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Rise 360Create training materials to support:Online learningGroup-based training sessionsOne-to-one trainingDeliver role-specific training using modular and bite-sized learning approachesProduce and maintain video-based learning content to support system and process trainingMonitor learner progress, support assigned learning activities, and provide insights into learner engagement and performanceMaintain accurate training records and documentationCandidate Profile:Experience with Learning Management SystemsProven experience creating digital learning content and videos using Adobe tools and Articulate Rise 360Strong working knowledge of a Service Desk / ITSM toolset (e.g. incident, request, task and workflow management)Knowledge of:Citrix StoreFrontActive DirectoryGood understanding of networking fundamentalsExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh standard of accuracy in record-keepingPFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
