Team Leader - Food and Beverage
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. This is a key role responsible for managing and developing our team to achieve exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead by example, ensuring all aspects of food and beverage service meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
* Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including fire safety and HACCP protocols.
* Foster strong working relationships between team members, empowering employees to take ownership of their roles and contribute to a positive work environment.
* Stay informed about customer needs and preferences, collaborating with the bar and restaurant teams to tailor services accordingly.
* Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures and participate in meetings as required.
* Be highly visible throughout the hotel, guaranteeing that all customer needs are consistently met.
Key Requirements
* At least one year's experience in a similar leadership position.
* Exceptional customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
* A high level of attention to detail and commitment to achieving standards.
* Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
