The Solution Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cross‑functional solutions that support smarter, faster, and more informed decision‑making. This role blends business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design to address Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) across the organisation. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys understanding business needs, and can translate them into scalable, future‑ready solutions that will include data and AI components.
We’re looking for a structured thinker and strong communicator who can bridge the gap between business needs and solution delivery. You should be comfortable engaging with diverse teams, simplifying complexity, and supporting the adoption of new tools and practices. A mindset of enablement, curiosity, and continuous improvement is essential.
What are the minimum requirements you need for the role?
3+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or stakeholder engagement.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions.
Familiarity with AI initiatives or digital transformation programmes.
Experience in regulated industries or complex operational environments.
Exposure to data analysis or visualisation practices.
Understanding of performance tracking frameworks (e.g. SMART goals).
What is your role and your responsibilities?
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solution requirements.
Investigate and challenge current data standards and processes and collaborate with the business to identify improvements.
Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through structured problem‑solving.
Support the design of scalable solutions that align with organisational goals and user needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & JTBD Understanding
Facilitate workshops and discussions to uncover Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) and prioritise solution opportunities.
Act as a liaison between business, product and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Enablement & Adoption
Contribute to initiatives that improve how teams interact with new tools, platforms, or ways of working.
Support the rollout of AI and digital capabilities by helping teams understand their value and use cases.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with colleagues across Product, Operations, and Technology to co‑design and iterate on solutions.
Participate in feedback loops to refine tools, processes, and solution outcomes.
Help shape a culture of structured delivery, regular check‑ins, and measurable progress.
Success Measures
Support the delivery of cross‑functional solutions aligned to JTBD.
Facilitate regular stakeholder sessions to validate needs and prioritise solution opportunities.Contribute to AI and digital enablement initiatives.
Maintain a cadence of structured check‑ins and progress tracking aligned to team priorities.
Improve stakeholder satisfaction with solution clarity and usability.
Support the enablement and delivery of key business KPIs through effective analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
