The Role
You'll be joining a collaborative and experienced team working from a studio environment in Cork City centre.
The ideal candidate will be involved from early design through to completion, with exposure to a broad mix of project types including restoration, adaptive reuse, and sustainable new developments.
This position offers a mix of autonomy and teamwork, with real input into design direction and project success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and delivery on a range of projects including civic, heritage, residential, and commercial schemes
Manage projects from early concept through to construction stage
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the process
Contribute to design reviews and mentor junior team members
Work collaboratively in a studio-based, five-day office environment
Requirements
Registered Architect in Ireland (RIAI required)
Minimum of 2–3 years post-qualification experience in Ireland
Strong proficiency in Revit with BIM coordination experience
Proven ability to manage design and technical stages of projects
Confident communicator who can build strong client relationships
Based within commuting distance of Cork City (five days in-office)
