Our busy gastro pub restaurant is seeking a seasoned culinary leader to oversee our kitchen. A Head Chef with at least 5 years of chef work experience and expertise in professional cookery, kitchen supervision, and health & hygiene procedures is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Menu writing and cooking food to order
* Supervising kitchen service and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization
* Helping with staff training, ordering, and maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards
