Job Title: Test Centre Administrator
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising test candidates to ensure efficient invigilation and execution of tests at a test centre. This includes receiving test candidates and visitors, performing security/verification checks, monitoring candidates during testing, signing them in/out, and filing irregularity reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive test candidates and visitors upon arrival and verify their identity
* Perform regular walk-throughs while candidates are taking tests to ensure a secure environment
* Sign test candidates in/out of the testing room and maintain accurate records
* File irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints
* Provide security at the testing facility by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used
* Operate computer hardware and other test centre equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have the ability to work independently. You should also have basic IT skills and be familiar with operating computer hardware and software.
