Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales Campaigns Coordinator to plan, design, execute, and manage a wide range of sales campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating leads and opportunities, coordinating campaign activities, and ensuring effective communication with the Sales Manager and Managing Director for timely follow-up. We are an expanding sustainable packaging solutions company dealing in the wholesale distribution of paper and plastic disposable products to customers in Ireland, UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and implement sales campaigns across various channels including LinkedIn, email, postal mail, advertising, and association group networking.
* Develop tailored campaign strategies to:
* Sell existing products to new customers.
* Introduce new products to existing customers.
* Promote new products to new customers.
* Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to achieve agreed objectives.
* Monitor and report campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Coordinate leads generated from campaigns and ensure effective handover to the Sales Manager and Managing Director for follow-up.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing and sales campaign best practices, tools, and techniques.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign messaging is aligned with company goals and branding.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in planning and delivering sales or marketing campaigns.
* Strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels (LinkedIn, email, advertising, postal campaigns, networking).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and project management abilities.
* Proficient with campaign management and reporting tools.
* Ability to analyse campaign performance and present results in a clear, actionable way.
* Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
* A working knowledge of CRM software use would be advantageous
To be successful you will be adept at multi-tasking, well organized, flexible and have a strong attention to detail.
