The role involves overseeing on-site audio, visual, and basic lighting setup to ensure smooth technical delivery throughout the event.This is a four-hour commitment, once or twice a month, but could lead to other opportunities in the future, as we host events across Ireland.Responsibilities:Manage the sound requirements. Guest entrance music and wireless microphones.Set up the projector and make sure our speaker's slides are working correctly.Manage simple stage lighting (e.g., scene presets, basic adjustments).Run checks before each event to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.Provide live technical support throughout the event and troubleshoot issues quickly.Liaise with our event staff, speaker, and venue staff to meet technical needs e.g. some of our speakers may have videos with sound in their presentationsRequirements:Proven experience in live sound.Practical AV skills, including projector operation and troubleshooting.Basic knowledge of stage lighting systems and controls.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced event environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional manner.Job Type: Part-timePay: €25.00 per hourExpected hours: 4 per weekWork Location: In person
