We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our Global Sales Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building new pipelines, driving revenue growth, and expanding strategic customer relationships.
Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in helping us develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting and developing new potential accounts by educating contacts on how they can enhance their team's collaboration, transparency, and productivity with our solution.
* Maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base while identifying opportunities for expanding usage.
* Creative problem-solving to retain and grow customers while minimizing churn or contraction.
You will hold face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals, and run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
Your contributions will also involve working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams to deliver world-class customer experiences.
