On behalf of my client, a medical device company based in Little Island, I am recruiting for a Product Builder. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and has previous medical device and clean room experience. Initially the candidate is being offered a contract of six months to one year with potential for permanent thereafter.
As a Product Builder, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of medical devices. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting the products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and previous experience in a medical device company will be essential to maintaining the high level of quality and safety this company upholds.
Responsibilities:
- Perform product assembly and manufacturing tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Be able to fill orders in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a medical device manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail in assembling and inspecting products.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions with precision and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities to meet production deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime on Fridays may be required.
Rate of Pay: €14.50 per hour
