HR Manager - Part-time - West Dublin
This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle and driving key projects and local initiatives. The ideal candidate must be a proactive self-starter, able to handle day-to-day HR tasks with precision and speed. The role demands a balance of commercial awareness, practical execution, and the ability to operate independently within a multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
•Managing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration
•Employee relations, managing cases such as disciplinaries and grievances
•compliance with Irish employment law, updates policies
•oversees mandatory training
•manages absence effectively
•supports learning and development
Requirements:
•Strong Senior Generalist/HRBP or managerial experience
•CIPD fully qualified
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong business acumen
•Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
