Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Finance Transformation Lead, the Senior Business Analyst will play a central role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled change:
* Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops
* Translate business needs into clear deliverables for development teams
* Manage testing cycles and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Collaborate with finance, technology, and operations stakeholders
* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
* Promote best practices in delivery, documentation, and change management
