Key Role Summary:
* This is a 4-month temporary role to support our HR function during an expansion period.
* The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to daily HR operations in a dynamic site with approximately 90 employees.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and selection processes for a diverse range of roles.
* Support onboarding of new employees, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared for their new role.
* Coach managers on effective people management practices.
* Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as required.
About You:
* You will have previous experience in an HR Officer or generalist HR role.
* You are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are confident managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
* You are proficient with time & attendance or HR systems (experience with North Time Data is an advantage).
