Damovo is seeking a
Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
to join a fast-moving international marketing team.
You will be responsible for the planning, execution and measurement of the marketing strategy for our Global Services and Ireland division (DGSI) based in Dublin.
If you are passionate about technology, organised, energetic, and comfortable managing clear priorities, this role offers the chance to play a key part in a results-driven marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Execution of an integrated marketing strategy that is aligned with Damovo's revenue goals and business priorities to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth
Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns in partnership with sales, team leads and our core technology vendors, ensuring maximum performance and engagement
Create messaging and content to support the strategic marketing plan, spanning email and landing page copy and design, digital and direct mail assets, social media, webinar/event management, and sales enablement tools
Build and manage a focused PR plan that supports brand awareness and campaign goals
Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring accurate lead management, audience segmentation and tracking, and overall campaign performance reporting
Plan, execute and implement the wider global marketing communication activities in conjunction with the rest of the global Marketing & Proposition Team
Experience and Skills we value
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in B2B Marketing
You think strategically, enjoy working independently and tackle tasks with a hands-on mentality
You have experience with CMS systems (e.g. WordPress) and graphics tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
You are confident in using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimisation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and priorities; must be comfortable setting priorities and communicating to stakeholders
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills with absolute fluency in English is required
Teamwork orientated individual with ability to add positive team dynamic and openly share best practice, whilst also being able to work on own initiative
